Show Low Motorsports has an immediate full-time opening for a service advisor who enjoys customer service and is a problem solver. Experience welcome but we will train the right person. We are a state of the art facility selling and servicing new and used ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles & more. You must be able to effectively communicate and deal with customers, co-workers, and related business partners. Duties Include: Scheduling Service Appointments Writing up repair orders and documenting all information necessary Service Upsell Have a strong focus and determination for superior customer satisfaction Customer follow-up and retention Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner always Handle customer complaints reasonably, and instill trust and confidence in all customers.
