Does Anyone Know of Pet Insurance that covers Pre-Existing Conditions?

Hi Pet Community, I have FOSTERED a chronically ill cat for three years with FIV - now he's developed Kidney Failure. In order for me to get him to the organization's Vet he has to travel one hour round trip which is making him even sicker. I joined this permanent foster program ONLY because I couldn't responsibly adopt a pet due to being 75 and very low income. But now I'm at a terrifying crossroads. In order to give him the quality of life he deserves I feel I have no choice but to adopt him outright so I can take him to a vet near my home in S. Everett... Besides Veterinary Care he needs frequently for bloodwork, meds and health checks he will need Prescription Diet food as well as bags and lines for Subcutaneous Fluids for the rest of his life. I have searched on line and called vets near me but none of them offer anything but a "well-pet-plan" for healthy pets. And the Vet prices have skyrocketed since I had four cats in 2018. I am in dire need of some kind of pet insurance even if it was $300 a month - Any suggestions? God Bless and Thank You in Advance!!! Joy and Ziggy
