You Will: Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures. Execute weekly harvests of 400+ plants. Execute all post-harvest flower processes – dry, cure, trim – and prepare product for sale or transfer. Assist with the production of pre-packaged marijuana joints and eighths. Accurately package and label marijuana products; accurately document your production output. Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations. Competently follow directions from supervisors. Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs. Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met. Qualifications: Unquestioned integrity required Current MED badge 1+ year cannabis industry experience Willing and able to consistently work at a fast pace Team player who is flexible and responsive Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills High energy level required Able to lift 50lbs; stand or bend for long periods of time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour + Daily Bonus Opportunities
