Job Description Am Yisrael Congregation, a synagogue located in the northern suburbs of Chicago (Northfield 60093), is looking for a reliable person to fill a long term part time custodial/general help position. Retirees are welcome to apply. Only candidates who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 will be considered. This job involves performing a variety of building related tasks including sweeping, mopping, parking lot duties and assisting the building and grounds supervisor. Tasks will vary. You will be interacting with congregants and staff No experience is necessary for this position. However, we will only consider candidates who are reliable and have a good attitude. We will train for all duties. The ideal candidate must: Be reliable Speak English Have their own transportation (no public transportation is available) Be available to work Sunday mornings Provide proof of vaccination Days/Hours: Sunday 8 a.m - 2 p.m. Weekday hours 2 (3) hour shifts to be determined Please respond by calling 847 508-4573 and leave your name and a contact number.
