Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Inspect three properties weekly and submit a weekly report
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs for tenants and common areas
Clean common areas weekly
Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
Cut grass of properties weekly
Shovel sidewalks and salt when necessary
Attend City and Utility inspections/visits on behalf of ownership
Take charge and not require supervision
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior workers.
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Ability to produce a certificate of liability insurance
Technologically savvy and willing to learn Property Management Software Buildium and Happy Inspector
Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be available on call for tenant emergencies
Must supply own tools and equipment. Owner will reimburse for supplies
Compensation:
Monthly Pay cycles
$1,200 per month
