We are currently seeking a Director of Operations for our Childcare Center in Weslaco: To coordinate, budget, manage the daily successful operation of our Child Care Learning Center and supervise employees. Following the minimum standards for child care centers in the state of Texas. Requirements: -2 years of management experience -2 year of child or adult care experience -Directorship preferred; if applicant does not have a directorship must obtain one within 6 months -Must be trainable and willing to be hired on and work in every classroom/position to fully comprehend business.
