Ongoing Handyman Work for Rental Property

I am looking to form an ongoing working relationship with a handyman (or woman) with experience with older houses. I own/manage 2 rental properties in the area and have some immediate needs and anticipate having periodic, ongoing needs. Hoping to find someone with general expertise and able to complete light-to-moderate repair/maintenance work such as drywall, installing/fixing plumbing and electrical fixtures, carpentry, and painting. Prefer someone who can provide pricing on a per-project basis, but may have a base/hourly rate for smaller tasks. Will want references.
