This is a 2 yr old black female tiny full grown chihuahua that weighs 3.5 lbs. She is not fixed and is very timid. She has all her vaccines. She is used to being both inside and outside. This is my mom's dog she bought last year but can't give her the attention she needs. The dog needs someone who can be patient with her and teach her how to be social, it seems as though she is not trusting of people. My mom didn't have her as a puppy so she doesn't know how well she was taken care of before. Rehoming fee of $200 to cover costs
