P2D Construction, Inc is a newly formed commercial construction company specializing in demolition, metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, and paint work in new building and tenant finish application (office, industrial, retail, medical, and restaurant construction). We are currently seeking a highly motivated, full time commercial construction estimator to join our growing team. Candidates should meet the following qualifications: - 5+ years of verifiable estimating experience in commercial framing and drywall in the Denver metro area (demolition, painting, and acoustic ceiling estimating experience a plus) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills - Experience with computers and estimating software - Knowledge of project scheduling and material cost estimating - Ability to work under pressure and meet impending deadlines - Established contacts and network in the field a plus P2D Construction offers a competitive wage ($50,000 - $75,000 yearly) and benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO.
