Ultra Design Center, a locally-owned plumbing, kitchen, and bath distributor, is seeking a reliable, competent, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their warehouse team. The ideal candidate would be driven and have excellent critical thinking and communication skills. This role works with customers, as well as with other departments, and must be able to manage competing priorities, have a keen eye for detail and represent the company in a professional manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, pull, and stage orders
- Assist team with receipt, preparation, staging, and delivery of customer orders
- Create and maintain professional relationships with clients and partner organizations
- Maintain an efficient and organized warehouse environment
- Willing and able to perform receiving duties as assigned
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with inventory management or ERP software is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items such as bathtubs, sinks, and toilets
- Excel in efficiency and accuracy
- Time management skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service and communication skills

HOURS:
Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm
PAY AND BENEFITS:
- $16-20 per hour DOE
- $200 monthly healthcare stipend
- Paid time off/sick
- Paid holidays
- 401k match 100% up to 3%, starting immediately
- Eligible for bonuses
