Demolish a shed and remove all of it for Friday or Saturday

Please note, before you read the rest, I only pay via check, I do not pay in cash, no exceptions. My checks are legit and I am a licensed attorney. I am offering $400.00 for this job which needs to be done on Friday or Saturday of this week at the latest. I am not available on Wednesday (July 7th or 8th). As long as you are a hard worker and show up when you're expected to then I am a nice person that's easy to work for. JOB: I need to have a shed demolished that is a bit less than 300 sq ft. It does not require a permit. There are no heritage trees near it. I'm a property manager for a property near downtown that was recently bought. The grass to the north of the shed all the way to the house is expected to be cut by Thursday evening. It's not guaranteed but I believe it will be cut. Anybody who works on the property needs to wear long pants, a hard hat and gloves. Glasses should be work too for safety. Safety is taken extremely seriously. I am expecting it will take 1-2 people 10 hours to do this, possibly less, possibly more. I worked with a carpenter to tear down another shed a few months ago so I'm somewhat familiar with this process. I need you to demolish the shed and remove all of the contents of the shed on the same day, this is a 1 day job and needs to be complete in 1 days. It looks like many of the doors are already removed. If you need to view the property beforehand I'm happy to show it to you but I need to have a decision made by Wednesday, July 7th.
