We’re looking forward someone that can frame, Sheetrock, paint, lay floors, foundation repair etc.. If you don’t know it all it’s fine. Most important you know some and willing to learn. We have crews but I need and Forman run jobs and work on jobs.. We do a lot of remodels - 6 going on now. We are moving into New Construction, want to learn build to run crews. In the probation period is $125.00 per day. Pay is every Friday end of day. I do understand if you to do a draw early after couple days of work. We understand we all have bills. I don’t have time for games. After your 45 days. Pay goes up to 1k a week. After 3 months your running crews your pay is 2k per week.. Prove your self. Great opportunity. We are growing to build 100 homes a year, you run crews you pay can be up to 150k a year. No degrees needed. Hard work, learn let’s grow together.. We need Team player.. Call me if your this guy.
