Looking for an inspector to cover the northshore area. We do property inspections to verify the occupancy and condition of properties for the banks. The majority of inspections include taking six photos and answering questions about the property on your mobile app. Self employed 1099 contractor. Must have reliable transportation, insurance, GPS, and smart phone. Professional attire is required in the field. Motivated inspectors earn well over $20/ hour after expenses.
