Project Manager for Residential Construction Company Dwelling Masters (Baraboo, WI) Residential construction firm is looking to add a skilled employee to our team. We build homes throughout Sauk, Dane and Columbia counties. JOB DUTIES: • Perform a variety of duties on residential construction projects ranging from framing to trim carpentry. • Keep jobsites clean & organized. • Follow directions and routines. • Work independently with appropriate judgement. • Operate hand and power tools. • Work at a productive rate while maintaining safety standards. • Coordinate schedules, orders and follow-up with subcontractors, vendors and clients. QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience: Knowledge of basic construction principles. • Punctual: Be at the jobsite or office at 7:00 AM. It is critical that you are on time, every day. • Clean Driving Record: Valid WI Driver’s License • Adaptability: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, in all seasons. • Schedule: Overtime hours may be required at times. • Computer Skills: Able to use a computer, tablet and smartphone for emails and software program usage.
