Part-time Caregiver

Not sure if I can post this here, but I need help finding a Caregiver for myself. Looking for a part time caregiver for Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Sundays I need from 7am-9 am and 12pm-5pm, Tuesdays from 12pm-5pm and 9:30pm-10:30pm, Fridays from 7am-9am, and Saturdays from 7am-9am 12pm-5pm and 9:30pm-10:30pm for a disabled adult. Must be able to use a hoyer lift and have health care experience along with a valid drivers license with reliable transportation. References are preferred. Must be reliable.
