The Assistant Installer is critical to the success of the two-man installation team. The Assistant Installer needs to be able to take direction from the Lead Installer and complete all the necessary work required on a given project. This role has little client interaction, but the assistant should be comfortable dealing with clients when required. Essential Functions: 1. Preparing for each project by reviewing orders and loading the materials onto his/her truck. 2. Ensuring all company tools and vehicles are operated properly and in a safe manner. 3. Follow onsite planning and execution of the project according to the direction of the Lead Installer. 4. Performing installation – Responsible for executing the installation of a project Experience/Qualifications/Attributes: • Some construction, renovation, or carpentry experience. • Valid driver’s license and a vehicle or access to reliable transportation. • Ability to follow direction and take orders from a lead installer. • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining the high quality standards of the organization. • Clean-cut, professional, and physically presentable. • In good physical condition – this is a physically demanding role. • Punctual and reliable. • A winning attitude and a desire to advance in a growing organization.
