Portland’5 Centers for the Arts, 1111 SW Broadway, Portland, Oregon One full-time positionApplication deadline: July 13, 2021 The Assistant Production Manager is a member of the Production side of the Events department at P5, which oversees the advancing, execution, and settlement of the Production elements of events in the five venues. They are also responsible for ensuring that all productions are technically executed to P5's high standards. The Production team oversees all technical elements of P’5’s venues, including the supervision of its 15 IATSE Department Head Stagehands.Education and Experience: Three years of experience working in a production environment, such as in theatrical or concert production, event management, or the equivalent.Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, business administration, or related field.Must possess a current and valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification or the ability to obtain upon employment. Any combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the classification duties and responsibilities A minimum of 1 year of supervisory or lead experience, particularly leading technical crews in an entertainment environment.
