Cherry Park Plaza is looking for an exceptional person with a positive, can-do attitude who is flexible, friendly, observant, patient and organized to join our team as a Community Porter. In this role, you will assist with the general operating maintenance, service, and repair of the interior and exterior of the community to ensure an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors. Essential Functions Managing building waste and recycling Cleaning interior common areas Maintains common areas through carpet cleaning, painting touch up, and floor cleaning. Grounds inspection to ensure good curb appeal Assist with apartment readiness to include painting, cleaning, minor repairs Professional interaction with residents, staff, and resident families You Have: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen High School Diploma or GED A strong work ethic and the motivation to do the job right. The ability to work both independently and as part of a fantastic team. Previous experience in construction and/or apartment maintenance preferred but NOTrequired Schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm For consideration, please send your resume.
