scam warning! pitbull pups

this guy would not let me meet the pups before putting any money down for them, i offered to drive 2 hours just to meet them and he  Absolutely wouldnt let me. when I  agreed to send the money cash app sent it back and said the account has been reported for scamming but if we wanted to send the money again cash app wouldnt do anything or refund us if we didnt get what we paid for. he then blocked my number and would not reply with pictures of the pups i tried to send money for.
