Disabled elderly and disabled man homeless and need help

Hello I am 35 yo and my dad and I both are disabled and homeless and really have no place to go and noone at all that will help us out. We both have 1 extra pair of pants, 1 shirt( that we have on) and 1 pair of shoes that are barely holding on. Dad has some health problems that cause for him to have assistance around constantly and I am diabetic and have constant pain issues that come from getting hit by a drunk driver and having over 12 major surgeries throughout my body over the past few years. We have no tent, no tarp, and no covers or any type of bedding or anything. With this storm coming I am extremely worried about my dad as well as myself in what we will do to keep safe and as dry as possible. We do have 1 phone but any other resources are limited to basically nothing. We have tried shelters and the major places that claim that they are there to help, but have not been able to get anywhere with them. So now at the last minute I am begging the community to please help. We are at the corner of Atlantic and Kernan usually in front of the Walmart out here trying to eat and trying to find a place to stay dry. Please if you see this and are able to do anything at all.
