Job description Maintenance Associates will be responsible for fixing minor issues (such changing light bulbs) and maintaining building areas clean, trash receptacles routinely checked and presentable, including entrances. To be successful in this role, associate should be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis to ensure great customer service and that our operations run smoothly. Keep in mind that our Maintenance position requires working in shifts, occasionally on weekends or evenings. Associate will ensure that the building is maintained safe, clean and inviting..
