General Real Estate maintenance person wanted for 3 Small, 1 and 2 story apartment buildings all in Cuyahoga Falls. Part-time $15.00 to $25.00 per hour. Ideal for retiree living in or close to Cuyahoga Falls. Must have general knowledge of Painting, Plumbing, Doors, Windows, Electrical and HVAC maintenance & repair. Outdoor grounds maintenance and on call for Apartment tenant issues. All specialized work contracted out.
