We are seeking two Maintenance Managers for two of our properties in Phoenix and for our Mesa location. We are willing to train the right person*** some related experience preferred. Will provide Training for AC Certification as well as other maintenance related training. As part of our Team you will receive on-going training and team support from your peers and supervisors. We are always available for each one of our Team members ensuring not only their success but the entire AZ Team. Our Lead Maintenance Managers perform the day-to-day upkeep and repairs of our properties to include unit turns, service repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, self-motivated with a background in the apartment industry. Mercy Housing values our staff. Qualified Applicants will have: • residential property management, or equivalent maintenance experience. • Possess energetic attitude, superior customer service, written and verbal communication, and follow up skills. • Stable and consistent work history with excellent references • Must be available for rotating on-call after hours emergencies • Valid driver license and reliable transportation is required • High school diploma or GED • Must be able to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties • Background testing required To apply please submit resume, work history and references to [email protected].
