skilled Laborer (Philadelphia) compensation: $18- $25 hour for qualified individual Skilled laborer means you have at least 3 years’ experience know all tools and how to use them, know Chimney work including installing chimney liners,install siding, roofing, cement work etc. I just need someone who shows up sober, doesn’t make problems and is agreeable.
