Candidates should be able to meet the following requirements: >Career Oriented: we want to hire people for the long-term & are willing to invest in our employees & treat them with respect. We foster a family atmosphere among employees & encourage a work/home-life balance. >Drug Free: can pass pre-employment drug screen & random drug tests >Full-Time Employees: be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; typically our hours range from 45-55 in peak season. Schedule is Monday - Friday; Saturday work may be available, but it rarely required. Sunday's are reserved ONLY for snow & ice emergencies. *STABLE, YEAR-ROUND WORK for all employees* >Driving Position: must posses a valid driver's license, be able to meet requirements set forth by our insurance provider, and maintain safety as a priority >Experience is a bonus, but not required: quick to learn, hard working, and respectful are required! >Be able to work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, etc) >Reliable transportation & form of communication (phone)
