Week-end Porter- Weekend Shift - Schedule will be as follows: Saturday and Sunday 7:30 AM through 6:00 PM. This schedule can be amended to best fit the needs of the building. Week shifts could be available depending on experience. Job Description - Maintenance upholds the building in clean and orderly condition including waste disposal and cleaning duties. In addition, notifying the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager of needed repairs and/or emergencies. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather as needed. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities - Perform general clean-up of common areas of the building - Empty all trash cans and prepare trash for collection by waste removal company - Process all cardboard recycling as needed - Responsible for the cleanliness of restrooms throughout the day Qualifications - High school diploma - General building maintenance/housekeeping/grounds keeping experience - Integrity and ability to work independently - Job Type: Part-time
