Job description We have an immediate need for a Punchlist / Warranty manager. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in the Philadelphia (DE, NJ PA area) commercial construction market. This position is NOT assignment based! This is a full-time position with a stable and busy firm. We have been in business for over 20 years and have created an impressive resume of projects ranging from Medical to multifamily residential. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and finishes. A carpentry background is a plus. Responsibilities: Duties will include, but are not limited to: -Taking care of punch list items for completed projects -Miscellaneous cleaning from daily foot traffic on projects -Ability to work with tools -Snow plowing and shoveling job sites -Miscellaneous job site projects Applicant must be organized, self motivated, and have a valid driver's license. -Must be professional and polished while on site. - Must have computer skills (MS Office) - Local to the Philadelphia area (within a one-hour drive of the office in KOP) · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation**** · Mandatory drug test and criminal background will be conducted Benefits: - Competitive Health & Dental Package - 401 K - Company paid Life Insurance - Tuition reimbursement - Vacation & Holiday Pay If you are interested in this position email you resume and be sure to INCLUDE SALARY REQUIREMENTS
