Growing Home Repair & Renovations Scheduling Services is seeking Customer Service Representatives. Requirements: - Please be Friendly, Patient, Polite & Nice. - Computer Literate (Word/Excel/Internet) - Valid shipping address (accept FedEx paperwork deliveries from the clients) Responsibilities/Duties: - Accepting incoming calls within 3 rings at most. - Respond to incoming phone calls requests for an appointment - Respond to customer's email requests for an appointment - Schedule appointments using company online tools - Respond to customer's complaints - Return phone calls and messages Compensation: - $25 per hour + bonuses; - this is 1099 position; - no medical benefits for the first 3-6 month; - paid by check weekly Shifts: 8 am - 12 pm 12 pm - 4 pm 4 pm - 8 pm Any two shifts can be combined into a full-time position please email resume in PDF format please provide your zip code
