Workspace Resource is a thirty-four-year-old office furniture company located in downtown Tulsa and operating throughout the metro area. We are expanding our installation department and are looking for an experienced Installer who may desire promoting to a hands-on supervisory role at some point. This position is based out of our central warehouse location only blocks away from the main office. This position will work alongside our existing team of installers who travel to various customer locations to unload and assemble office furniture items and assist in the removal and disposal of all debris generated by packaging material. This position lends itself to former mechanics, carpenters, construction workers, etc. This position will periodically require overnight travel (generally 10 -15 nights a year). Required Skills / Experience: *must be very experienced with hand tools *must be very mechanically inclined *must be adept at solving problems and resolving issues pertaining to the assembly and repair of office furniture *must possess strong leadership skills and be team player *must possess a high attention to detail (any product damage is unacceptable) *must be willing to work overtime as customers’ needs dictate our schedule *must have the ability to work and act professionally in all business environments *must have a valid driver’s license (no exceptions) *must have a dependable vehicle (no exceptions) *must have a neat and clean physical appearance as we do 90% of our work within our client’s facilities *must pass background and drug test This position will start as a 1099 Contractor position with the potential to become a full time position with full benefits / 401K, etc. Salary is based on experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
