Anyone have experience with setting up a non profit?

Hi. my name is Thomas, I love the Lord. It has been laid on my heart to start a Faith based food ministry that helps get the churches out of thier covid related financial issues,through serving others Christs love through Faith, Fellowship, and Food. shewww, that was a long sentance. Anyway, I work full time nights on a rotating schedule 4 days on and then 2 days off. I can dedicate time but need help with direction. Anybody out there done something like this before, or have any success starting up non profits? Anybody out there want to learn togeather? Maybe dedicate some time? I have never attemped anything like this and am seeking councel. Someone, anyone, helps are needed. Giving ALL the glory to Jesus (Yeshua)!
