We provide every member with quality on-the-job training to ensure they have every opportunity to succeed. Production Worker Requirements Lifting requirement: Member required to lift up to 50 pounds. Pushing and Pulling: Members are required to push product carts up to work station (ironers). Carts vary in weight depending on product type. Repetitive twisting, turning, leaning to one side frequently and bending to pick up linen from work cart to feed into ironers. Linens vary in weight. Standing: Members are required to stand at their work station and work an 8 hour shift. Members will have two breaks and a lunch. Work assignment: Member's work assignment can be changed based on production requirements. Overtime: Members may be required to work overtime as needed.  Why Us Morgan Backs Its Team Members.
