Need photographer and a server for Moms 70th bbq

Looking for some help with moms 70th on Thursday 7/8 Very price-conscious. Very tight budget. I need a photographer- Someone to shoot random shots and also do a family portrait. Very laid back family bbq in South Pasadena. 20 people max. Looking for like 4 hours or so depending on price. Please respond with the rate. Also need someone to help set up, serve, etc. Just kinda a help where they can type for the event like 6 to 8 hours. Please respond with the day rate. Not looking for professional services, sorry just can't afford it. If your available for either role lease let me know asap.
