We are looking for a new home for these sweet female mice. They come with all the supplies needed to take care of them including BRAND NEW packages of shavings and food! Our original setup and supplies cost about $150 so we are asking for a rehoming fee of $20 to help ensure these mice are going to people who will want to take good care of them.
The mice are:
Chip (the tan one. She has a chip in her ear she was born with).
Dorothy or Dot (she is the black one).
Bitsy (the gray one, she was really tiny when we first got her).
Of course, you're welcome to rename them if you want.
Cage set up is a 10-gallon glass aquarium which is really easy to clean. Comes with a metal vented lid.
Blue plastic hut. Small exercise ball. Small yellow exercise wheel. Glass water bottle that velcros to the side of the tank. Two glass food bowls. We use one bowl for dry food and one for fresh veggies. They really like peas, broccoli, kale, carrots, and apples.
We often liked to build them homemade mazes and apartment complexes with egg cartons, cardboard, toilet paper tubes held together with hot glue. This keeps them from being bored and they love to chew up the cardboard and paper egg cartons! These mice are so funny to watch as they burrow under the exercise wheel, climb up to the top of the water bottle, and exercise on the wheel all at the same time! They don't bite and like to be held. But they are crazy for adventure so don't be surprised if they try to climb up your arm and onto your shoulders!
If you'd like a better look at the mice just email me and I can send you some video footage. They are hard to photograph because they move around so much!
