looking to start a band or get together. My name is Cleotis and I am a 40 year old male that plays the mandolin and guitar. I am interested in old time country western (30’s-90’s), Americana, folk bands. I have been playing the mandolin for about 2 years but just recently started playing seriously. I am looking for other people who are looking to get together one or two days a week and play a few selected songs. Looking for: Really almost any instrument Rhythm Guitar player Bass player Lapsteel or Dobro Percussions of any kind Or anyone who just wants to shake a tambourine Like I stated, looking for people who are still kind of a beginner to intermediate....This is a judgement free zone!!!!! As long as you can tune your instrument that’s all I’m concerned with. We could even be the worst band in Orange County as I love playing and just want to have fun.
