Last seen near Garsden and Cypress in Covina heading South.He is 15 pounds, mostly brown but has some black on his back and a little white on his chest.escaped around noon today around burnham and reno/tropicana. He’s a black and white shih tzu. He doesn’t have a collar nor is he microchipped.
