We work with multiple investors and investment companies in Michigan providing all aspects of renovation from trashout/demo to ready for market condition. If you are and individual "handyman" or have a crew that has experience in all or specific skill set areas of renovation you are what we are looking for. There are currently projects ready to start today in Lansing, Bay City, Flint, Owosso, Swartz Creek, Lennon, Corunna, Lapeer, Niles. Multiple projects on the board starting next week.
