French Bulldog needs a home and vet care!

I have a male Frenchie that is 7 months old who is having repeat prolapse issues, he's had one surgery already a couple weeks ago and has prolapsed again meaning he will need a more intrusive surgery that I cannot afford. I'm so emotionally and financially overwhelmed at this point and need help. If that means a loving new home that can get him the vet care he needs then that is what needs to be done. I'm taking him to his vet tomorrow to see what can be done in the meantime.
