HOUSEKEEPERS or SMALL COMPANIES WANTED Expanding company is hiring for several large projects in the Tampa Bay area. Cleaner Roles & Responsibilities: • Clean the following rooms within each vacant unit in anticipation of new tenants: Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Patio, Living room, Dining room • Perform general housekeeping tasks: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning all interior windows, polishing inside/outside stainless steel fixtures & appliances • Clean lights, ceiling fans, blinds, vents, switches, floors, door knobs, shelves, trim, baseboards, etc. • No outside apartment cleaning is included in scope of service • Other duties as assigned Cleaner Job Requirements: Must USE OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS (i.e., cleansers, towels, dusters, gloves) and equipment (vacuum and mop) Painter Job Requirements: Must USE OWN TOOLS. Paint will be provided Both positions: • Must have SMART PHONE to receive work assignments • Must be reliable, service-oriented and a team player • Must be honest with positive attitude • Must be organized and able to think on your feet Compensation is based on a per-unit rate and your ability to complete quality work in a timely fashion Text 813-598-4817
