Farmers Boulevard Community Development Corp. is seeking a part-time Property Management Intern for July-August 2021. Compensation is $20 per hour. Schedule is flexible. Work will be a combination of remote and in-person assignments. Email resume if interested. DUTIES: -Assist the Executive Director in overseeing a renovation project for Seed Capital Cafe -Communicate with subcontractors over telephone, Zoom and in-person -Review renovation budgets and payment requisitions -Assist with walk-through inspections -Assist with scheduling space rentals -Schedule meetings with contractors -Assist with planning renovations and budgets for Jamtech Launch Zone QUALIFICATIONS: -Must have a high school diploma or equivalent -Must reside in or near Queens, NY -Good verbal communication skills in English (listening and speaking) -Demonstrated interest or personal experience with real estate, construction, renovation/repair, design, accounting or entrepreneurship -Punctual -Available to start immediately IF INTERESTED, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR RESUME.
