Job Description We are looking for handyman / Maintenance/ for clinic. Job responsibilities include: • Perform routine maintenance such as painting, fixing doors, handles and etc. • Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in clinics • Perform duties of the company's preventative maintenance program • Report major repair needs to the Facility Manager • Assist in other areas of the clinics as needed, such as laundry, assisting with cleaning and etc. • Strong organizational skills • Experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, & tile • Can be on call in case of an emergency. • Can be available, if necessary, on Saturdays • Can be available for 1-2 hours overtime during the week if necessary • Furniture Installation • Light Electrical • Mounting • Ability to use power tools • Installing appliances • Plumbing: Ability to identify leaks ; Replacing defective parts and valves Qualifications Good Experience, Education, Skill, Physical Requirements: • At least 3 years of related general repair experience preferred • Must be flexible in hours and days worked • We have tools but it is better to have your own basic tools Submit resume and work history When replying, please provide your email address
