Please do not flag this ad, it is legitimate. I have a beautiful one year old female black and white Argentine Tegu that I need to re-home. She is going through the grumpy adolescent phase and will let you pet her but does not like being handled at all right now. Her feeding response is very intense and this is not for a beginner keeper. She is captive-bred and not one of the parasite ridden unhealthy wild-caught tegus from Florida. I have raised her since she was a hatchling and she has been through one brumation and has had a great healthy diet her entire life. She is currently in a 4 by 2 by 2 enclosure but it will not be long before she will need bigger. Please do not contact me unless you have done your research or have experience with large monitor type of lizards. Her rehoming fee will be $350 to make sure she goes to a good home. The price of these animals will only rise because of recent bans and soon may be impossible to purchase in this and surrounding states so people that already own them and are grandfathered in will be the only ones to have these animals moving forward. If you are looking for a cheap disease-ridden animal that has been captured because of the recent bans from somewhere in the wild then please look elsewhere.
