This event is highly heart activating, and offers full mindbody + soul alignment. Ecstatic Dance is a freeform sober dance movement — also known as conscious dance! Elevate to an ECSTATIC state via sound and movement therapy. Featuring live DJs, tea lounge, tarot, and areas for meditation + massage + yoga. Encouraging everyone to be and move as they wish, while holding space for healing and transformation to take place. Everyone will receive a pair of headphones, which will all be tuned to the DJ's channel. Dance around and be free in the beauty of nature! No one outside of the headsets can hear the music. Sound Bath: Be sure to bring warm layers to get cozy in. Sound bath is received laying down and can get a little chilly after dance. Please Bring: - Water container - Healthy drinking water provided! - Wear comfortable clothes for movement. - Suggested: Journal, crystals, or anything you enjoy meditating or manifesting with. Blankets, mats, SNACKS, kites, etc! - Flow toy's and skates welcome - No fire spinning.
