Learn tools to help you discover the benefits of breathwork, begin practicing mindful breathing, and learn how to use it for mental health. Breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness can all influence and help you manage signs of depression, anxiety, and stress management. This workshop, led by James Fryer will help you learn tools to practice on a daily basis. We will look at a little bit of research behind the science, talk through different breathing techniques, and put them into practice. PUTTING INTO PRACTICE 1. CO2 tolerance 2. Slow breathing 3.
