With over 20 years at LHH, she is responsible for the operations and career transition practice in10 LHH markets as well as working directly with clients in Columbus. As a Career Coach, she assists individuals at all levels to identify, plan, and achieve their career goals by providing coaching around tactical skills, such as resume development, LinkedIn profile development, as well as more strategic skills, including planning and implementing a job search strategy. She is noted for being able to ask the "right" questions to get a client to really think about what it is they want and how to best go after that goal.
