An evening of learning about wines through a tasting of delicious varietals from Via Vecchia Would you like to learn more about the wines you love, and why, in a fun activity you can do with family and friends?Join Paolo Rosi, the co-owner and Vintner for Via Vecchia, and enjoy an evening of learning about wines through tasting delicious wines from Via Vecchia at their modern event facility that includes a charming open courtyard. This event will have you taste some of the different wines from Via Vecchia over the course of 1 ½ to 2 hours. You’ll Enjoy:• An evening of fun with your friends, family, and significant others tasting delicious wine varietals. • Through a guided instruction, you’ll learn how to evaluate wines through sight, taste, and smell just as the Sommeliers do to identify the wines you truly like. • You’ll learn about our all-natural wines and the authentic Tuscan process used and handed down through generations of the Rosi family. • You’ll have fun comparing notes with a friend and finding out how your palates differ. • Learn what wines pair best with foods as you enjoy an optional Charcuterie plate ( additional $15) or a Vegan plate ( additional $10) What you’ll get: A tasting of three varietals from Via Vecchia - Musette (a Syrah blend), Macqui (a Chilean Malbec) , and Respiro (a Cabernet) - plus handouts with helpful facts about wine tasting to help you gain knowledge and to catalog the wines you’ve tasted. Come join us for a fun and relaxing summer evening of wine tasting and wine education. We recommend that you eat beforehand. You’re welcome to bring food; however, this may affect your evaluation of the varietals you’ll be tasting. Your small investment for an evening of fun, fellowship, wine tasting, and wine education is only $30 per person. Charcuterie & Vegan plates are also available at an additional cost: $15 for the Charcuterie plate, and $10 for the Vegan option. Tickets are non-refundable after the July 11th.
