Celebrate the bounty of summer at this garden-fresh multi-course pairing meal, set in Ironton's outdoor garden oasis. Enjoy a freshly picked four course dinner with unique cocktail pairings that showcase the garden bounty grown on-site at Ironton. Our distillery team will discuss the creation of our unique spirits, including the ways we grow and use our own herbs and botanicals, as you are guided through a tasting. Each cocktail and paired plate are available exclusively for this event and do not appear on other menus. Your ticket includes 4 tasters, 4 full sized cocktails, and 4 paired plates. Advanced tickets are required and space is limited. Please purchase a ticket for every person at your table. Our space is an easy drop off and pick up location for any ride share. Please be responsible and consider taking a ride share to the event. Inspired by the adventurous spirit of Colorado, Ironton Distillery handcrafts a variety of spirits, including small batch farm-to-flask specialties, as well as a creative house-made cocktail menu.
