Enjoy a morning yoga session taught by Earth & Aerial Yoga at Nan's Market! Earth & Aerial Yoga will be hosting a morning mat yoga class in the garden at Nan's on Saturday, July 24th. Meet, greet and check out the space starting at 7:45AM. Class will begin promptly at 8AM until 9AM. Each ticket includes a refreshing and nutrient dense smoothie! No yoga experience necessary. Space is limited! Start your day right with a morning yoga flow taught by the talented instructors at Earth & Aerial Yoga. About Earth & Aerial Yoga: Earth & Aerial Yoga is located in a gorgeous, light-filled space at 43 Broad St Suite B307, Hudson, MA. The studio offers aerial yoga and Lyra classes along with private sessions, kids and teen classes, and workshops. Aerial yoga is a type of yoga, in which students use a fabric hammock that gives students better support, a deeper stretch, and the opportunity to safely enter poses they might not ordinarily try in a traditional yoga class.
