Learn how the reflex areas of the feet and hands correspond to all glands, organs, and parts of the body. We will incorporate the use of YL Essential Oils on these reflex points to improve circulation, nerve functions and promote an overall feeling of wellness by relieving stress and tension. A wonderful way to enhance the natural healing of your body and those of your loved ones. Especially relaxing and beneficial for children. About Janet Pawul Janet Pawul is a Mom of 3 grown children and Grandmother of 8 grandchildren. As a young Mom she was introduced to Chiropractic care to aid in her youngest child's health issues, this lead to a turning point in the lifestyle and healthcare of her entire family. She became passionate about supporting and improving the lives of others. Reflexology became that avenue to share her knowledge and experiences with others. She had a Reflexology practice for over 17 years but is now retired. Janet is a certified ARCB Reflexologist and Reiki master. Through the years she became interested in nutrition, homeopathy, herbs, taught healthy cooking classes, studied yoga, mantra, and most recently was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils. Janet incorporates the oils into her daily life now, enjoys the community of women who support one another, sharing information about the products and their experiences with essential oils. About Diana Ruszkowski Diana was introduced to natural ways of addressing health as a child. She grew up supported by chiropractic care, herbal supplements, homeopathy and reflexology.  After the birth of her first child she suffered from post partum. That experience lead her to explore alternative ways to support her mental and hormonal health during her second pregnancy. She discovered the power of essential oils and the supplements through Young Living. The journey of education, comradery and support of the YL community has inspired her passion to help others. The concept of hosting a Self-Care Summer series was born out of a desire to create a community for woman of all ages, by sharing the knowledge with others to help them nurture their Mind, Body and Soul.
