In-Person event for grades Kindergarten - 5th grade, Learn about jazz music and the culture of the 1920s. Age range: Grades Kindergarten - 5th grade. Monday, 8/16, 4:00 – 5:00 PM – INDOOR 2021 is the library’s 100th birthday! When our library was first built in 1921, Jazz music was sweeping the nation. We’ll create makerspace instruments and learn about 1920s jazz greats like Louis Armstrong in this celebratory event. Unvaccinated patrons over the age of two MUST wear a mask while attending in-person library events. This means children ages 3- 12 must be masked at events, even outdoors.
