Make wooden canvasses / boxes

Hi, I make stained glass and have been using a company called Apollon, to source wooden panels that I use as decorated shipping boxes. Because of shutdowns, Apollon doesn't have the ability to deliver in a timely fashion anymore, and I am looking for someone who is local to make the boxes at custom sizes to a specific specification; to be a preferred supplier. You can see how I have repurposed their wooden canvasses in these videos: Just to give you complete understanding of my goals, after you are done making the boxes, they will eventually be painted with flat black paint on the front surface, engraved, with the engraving painted with gold paint. Other branding will be on the cover and the raw exterior wood will be polyurethaned. The inside will be raw and covered in padding. The top panel will be bound to the main box/canvass with binding screws / Chicago style screws. The current ones are made of birch, but I'm open to the type of wood that makes the most sense in this project. I prefer to work with someone local who loves craftsmanship who is reliable and has access to dependable sources of material, who can scale when many orders come in.
